中辦出台文件要求從律師、法學專家中公開選拔立法工作者、法官、檢察官

The General Office of CPC Central Committee Issuing Document Requiring Public Selection of Legislative Workers, Judges and Procurators form Lawyers and Law experts

为深化立法工作者、法官、检察官招录制度改革，推进法治专门队伍正规化、专业化、职业化建设，根据党的十八届三中、四中全会有关要求和相关规定，中共中央办公厅日前印发了《从律师和法学专家中公开选拔立法工作者、法官、检察官办法》。

To deepen the reform on recruitment system for legislative workers, judges, and procurators, advance the building of a regularized, specialized, and professionalized team for specially promoting rule of law, and follow the relevant requirements and decisions made at the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC lately printed and issued the Measures for Public Selection of Legislative Workers, Judges and Procurators form Lawyers and Law Experts.
