毗邻香港的深圳前海合作区人民法院于5月28日成立了诉调对接中心。该中心引入涉港案件中立第三方评估、港籍调解员参与调解等机制，并首批聘请了29位资深香港籍调解员，为解决涉港澳台商事案件纠纷提供专业服务。据悉，这也是前海法院建设全国综合性司法改革示范法院的又一顼重要探索。
The People＇s Court of Qianhai Cooperation Zone in Shenzhen, which is adjacent to Hong Kong, established the Mediation and Litigation Center on May 28. This center introduced mechanism such as neutral assessment on Hong Kong-related cases by a third party and Hong Kong mediators＇ participation in mediation. The center hired 29 senior Hong Kong mediators as the first recruitment to offer professional services for the settlement of disputes involving commercial cases of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents.
