面向东盟涉外中医护理人才培养的教学模式初探

Preliminary Study on Teaching Mode of TCM Nursing Personnel Training for ASEAN Oriented Coutries

广西中医药大学护理学院和泰国孔敬大学护理学院合作办学始于2005年,十年来,双方派出近100多名护理专业学生到对方学校进行学习交流。为改进和完善中医护理涉外人才培养提供参考依据。本文在实践中总结并提出构建适应东盟国家的涉外中医护理人才培养模式的解决建议,以满足来自不同文化背景患者的护理服务需求,推动中医护理国际化进程。

Cooperative education on School of nursing of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine and Nursing College of Khon Kaen University in Thailand began in 2005. Over the past ten years, the two sides sent nearly more than 100 nursing students to the other side to learn and exchange. It provided reference for improving and perfecting Chinese foreign nursing personnel training. In this paper, construct international TCM nursing personnel of the association of South East Asian Nations（ASEAN） culture model solutions was proposed in practice, in order to meet the need of nursing service for patients from different cultural background, and to promote the internationalization of TCM nursing.
