儿科临床技能培训中情景模拟教学法的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究情景模拟教学法在儿科临床技能培训中的效果。方法对2010级临床本科60名学生进行两轮研究,一轮30人,每轮随机分成2组进行研究。2组各15名学生采用传统的示教法进行临床技能培训;2个实验组各15名学生采用情景模拟教学法进行临床技能培训。学生在培训结束后参加技能操作及相关理论知识考核,统计分析对照组及实验组学生成绩,并调查实验组学生对情景模拟教学法的认可程度。结果实验组学生技能操作及沟通能力成绩优于对照组,两组之间有显著差异。90%以上实验组学生对情景模拟教学法予以肯定,实验组学生对带教满意度高于对照组,两组之间有显著差异。结论情景模拟教学法在儿科临床技能培训中起积极作用,可提高儿科学生临床技能的操作技能和沟通能力。 Objective To study the effect of the scenario simulation teaching method in the pediatric clinical skills training. Methods The studies included 60 clinical undergraduate students of grade 2010, and there were randomly divided into two groups. The two control groups of 15 students were exposed to traditional clinical skills training. The two experimental groups of 15 students were ex-posed to scenario simulation teaching method in clinical skills training. After the training, students participated in the skills and rele-vant theoretical knowledge assessment, and statistical analysis of the control groups and the experimental groups would be done. The experimental group would be investigated the extent of recognition of scenario simulation teaching method. Results The performance of the experimental group is superior to the control group in operating skills and communication skills, and the differences between the two groups were significant. More than 90% students of the experimental group asserted the significance of scenario simulation teaching method, the extent of satisfaction in the experimental group being higher, and there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Scenario simulation teaching played an active role in the pediatric clinical skills training, which can im-prove students' clinical skills of pediatric skills and communication skills.
