应用喉肾相关理论治疗慢性肾风105例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Application of Related Theory of Throat and Kidney in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Wind for 105 Cases

目的以国医大师任继学教授喉肾相关理论为依据,采用解毒散结、清热利咽法治疗慢性肾风(热伏咽喉、瘀毒阻络证),观察疗效。方法 215例慢性肾风患者,暴露队列组105例,采用任继学紫金肾安方加减治疗;对照队列组110例,采用其它经验方加减治疗。8周后观察主要症状、尿蛋白、尿红细胞等相关指标。结果经过治疗,暴露队列组总有效率为89.52%,对照队列组总有效率为74.55%,暴露队列组在疾病疗效、证候疗效、尿蛋白疗效上作用优于对照队列组(P<0.05)。2队列组在主要症状、尿红细胞疗效上作用相近(P>0.05)。结论应用喉肾相关理论治疗慢性肾风可明显改善患者临床症状,减少血尿、蛋白尿,提高疗效。

Objectve The effect was observed in the treatment of chronic kidney wind（syndromes of latent heat in the throat and ecchymosisblocked in meridian） on the basis of the related theory of throat and kidney. Methods 215 cases of chronic kidney wind patients were observed. 105 cases were in exposed group, which were treated with modified Zijin Senan of Ren Ji-xue. 110 cases were in control group, which were treated with other experience decoction treatment. 8 weeks later, the main symptoms, urinary pro-tein, red blood cells and other related indicators were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the exposed and the control group was 89.52% and 74.55%, respectively, the exposed group was better than the control cohort in the curative effect of disease, syndrome curative effect and the proteinuria effect（ P〈0.05）. The effect in the main symptoms and urinary red blood cell were similar in the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The application of the related theory of the throat and kidney can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal wind, reduce hematuria, proteinuria, and improve the curative effect.
