脑梗死证型与血脂、血清Hcy水平表达的关系

Clinical Study on the Expression of TCM Syndrome Type of Cerebral Infarction and Blood Lipid as well as Serum Hcy Level

目的探讨脑梗死中医证型与血脂、血清Hcy水平表达的关系。方法通过对2013年6月—2015年12月治疗的120例脑梗死患者按照中医证型进行分组,中经络组患者70例,中脏腑组患者50例,选择同期在我院进行健康体检的50例为对照组,观察比较三组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C和Hcy差异。结果中经络组和中脏腑组患者TC、TG、LDL-C和Hcy水平与对照组比较均升高,HDL-C水平下降;中脏腑组者TC、TG、LDL-C和Hcy水平较中经络组显著升高,HDL-C水平明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy水平升高和脂质代谢紊乱为引发脑梗死的危险因素,其水平同患者病情严重程度相关,可将其作为重要指标观察患者病情变化,辅助临床诊断及治疗。

Objective To explore the relationship between TCM syndrome types of cerebral infarction and the level of serum Hcy as well as blood lipid. Methods From June 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital, 120 cases of cerebral infarction patients according to TCM syndrome types were grouped, the meridian group had 70 cases, and the viscera group had 50 cases. At the same period, 50 cases in our hospital for health examination were selected as control group. The differences on TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and Hcy of the three groups were observed and compared. Results The TC, TG, LDL-C and Hcy levels of the meridian group and the viscera group were increased, HDL-C of the meridian group and the viscera group desreased. The TC, TG, LDL-C and Hcy levels of the viscera group were increased significantly than the meridian group, HDL-C level of the viscera group significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Elevated levels of serum Hcy and lipid metabolism disorders as risk factors for cerebral infarction, the level was correlated with the severity of the patient ＇s condition, which can be considered as an important index to observe the changes in patients with auxiliary clinical diagnosis and treatment.
