逍遥散治疗肝气郁结型经闭及其对性激素水平的影响

The Curative Effect of Modified Xiaoyao Powder in the Treatment of Liver Qi Stagnation Type Amenorrhea and Its Effect on Sex Hormone Levels

目的探讨分析逍遥散加减治疗肝气郁结型经闭的疗效及其对性激素水平的影响。方法选取2012年10月—2013年5月入住的肝气郁结型经闭患者95例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组48例,对照组47例。对照组给予传统西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加服逍遥散。1个月为1个疗程,均治疗3个疗程后,评价并观察两种治疗方案的疗效及不良反应,同时对比分析2组治疗前后FSH(促卵泡激素)、LH(黄体生成素)、PRL(催乳素)及促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平。结果观察组治疗有效率91.7%显著高于对照组76.6%(P<0.05);观察组FSH(8.12±1.04)m IU/L、LH(14.13±0.06)IU/L明显高于对照组(6.23±0.91)m IU/L、(9.35±1.02)IU/L,观察组PRL(18.31±1.26)μg/L、TSH(3.99±0.03)m IU/L与对照组(22.21±0.36)μg/L、(4.16±1.05)m IU/L比较,显著较低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率16.7%与对照组14.9%比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论逍遥散加减治疗对肝气郁结型经闭有一定疗效,且不良反应与单纯西药治疗无显著差异,可有效降低性激素水平,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of modified Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type amen-orrhea and its effect on sex hormone levels. Methods 95 cases of patients with liver qi stagnation type amenorrhea who were admit-ted in our hospital between October 2012 and May 2013 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group（48 cases） and the control group（47 cases） according to random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional Western medicine. Based on the control group, the observation group was additionally treated with Xiaoyao powder. 1 month was a course of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect and adverse reaction of the two therapeu-tic regimens were evaluated and observed. Meanwhile, levels of FSH（ follicle stimulating hormone）, LH（ luteinizing hormone）,PRL（prolactin） and thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH） in the two groups before and after treatment were comparatively analyzed.Results The effective rate in the observation group（91.7%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（76.6%）（P0.05）, FSH（8.12± 1.04） mIU/L and LH（14.13±0.06） IU/L in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group [（6.23±0.91） mIU/L,（9.35±1.02） IU/L], PRL（18.31±1.26） μg/L and TSH（3.99±0.03） mIU/L in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group [（ 22.21 ±0.36） μg/L,（ 4.16 ±1.05） mIU/L]（ P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group（ 16.7 %） and the control group（14.9%）（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Modified Xiaoyao powder has certain curative effect in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type amenorrhea, and there is no significant difference in adverse reactions comparing with simple western medicine. It can effectively reduce the levels of sex hormones, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
