更年灵汤治疗女性围绝经期综合征41例

Gengnianling Decoction in the Treatment of Female Climacteric Syndrome for 41 Cases

目的探讨更年灵汤治疗女性围绝经期综合征的临床价值。方法在医院2014年10月—2015年11月期间诊治的女性围绝经期综合征患者中抽取81例作研究对象,采用随机抽样法分组,观察组(n=41)应用更年灵汤治疗,对照组(n=40)口服昆泰胶囊治疗,对比2组患者治疗效果和性激素水平变化。结果 (1)观察组治疗总有效率是97.6%,远高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05);(2)观察组治疗后性激素水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论更年灵汤治疗女性围绝经期综合征的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者病情和性激素水平,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Gengnianling decoction in the treatment of female menopausal syndrome.Methods 81 cases during the perimenopausal women in a hospital from October 2014 to November 2015 were extracted for study objects. They were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 41） who used Gengnianling decoction and control group（ n =40） who took orally Kuntai capsules. The therapeutic effect and changes in sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.6% which was significantly higher than 77.5% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The sex hormone levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Gengnianling decoction in the treatment of female menopausal syndrome can effectively improve the patient＇s condition and the levels of sex hormones, and it is worth referring.
