脊柱导引操治疗颈椎亚健康状态的疗效观察

Spinal Guided Exercise in the Treatment of Cervical Sub-health State for 30 Cases

目的观察脊柱导引操对改善颈椎亚健康状态的疗效。方法通过自愿招募方式招募66名颈椎亚健康状态志愿者,采用随机设计进行分组,分为试验组、对照组;试验组用中医推拿配合脊柱导引操治疗,对照组采用推拿联合适当休息的治疗方法,观察2组的疗效。结果试验组:显效22例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%;对照组:显效12例,有效8例,无效10例,总有效率为66.67%。试验组疗效显著好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱导引操干预颈椎亚健康状态疗效确切;对颈椎病预防和治疗后防止复发有指导意义。

Objective To observe the effect of spinal guided exercise to improve the cervical sub-health effect. Methods By voluntary recruitment, 66 cervical sub healthy volunteers were recruited. Using a randomized design group, they were divided into experi-mental group and control group. The experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine massage with spinal guided exercise. The control group was treated by massage combined with appropriate rest treatment.The curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results In the the experimental group, 22 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the to-tal effective rate was 93.33%. In the control group, 12 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 10 cases were ineffec-tive, and the total effective rate was 66.67%. The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the intervention of spinal guided exercise on cervical sub health status is exact. It is significant to prevent recurrence of cervical disease.
