摘要
目的探讨热敏灸在老年性股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者尿潴留的临床疗效。方法选择2015年2月—2016年2月老年性股骨粗隆间骨折行PFNA内固定术后尿潴留患者60例,并随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规诱导排尿,治疗组患者则采用热敏灸关元、气海、中极、水道(双侧)、五个穴位治疗尿潴留。观察2组患者治疗尿潴留的临床效果。结果治疗组患者排尿总有效率为90.00%;对照组患者排尿总有效率为26.6%。治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异明显,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸可有效解除老年性股骨粗隆间骨折术后尿潴留。
Objective To discuss clinical effect of thermal moxibustion in treating postoperative urinary retention in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine care. The observation group was given moxibustion therapy on Guanyuan（RN4）, Qihai（RN6）, Zhongji（ RN3） and bilateral Shuidao（ ST28）. The clinical effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（90.00%） was significantly better than that（26.60%） of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The thermal moxibustion can effectively relieve postoperative urinary retention in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture
