刺血拔罐合温针灸治疗退行性膝关节炎42例

Bloodletting and Cupping combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Degenerative Knee Osteoarthritis for 42 Cases

目的观察刺血拔罐合温针灸治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法刺血拔罐合温针灸治疗退行性膝关节炎42例,并与电针组38例和药物组30例对照。10 d为1个疗程,分别在连续治疗1个疗程和2个疗程后统计疗效。结果在经过1个疗程和2个疗程的治疗结束后,患者膝关节的疼痛、肿胀、关节活动度等方面均有不同程度改善,经统计学处理,治疗组的有效率和电针组有效率比较无显著差异(P>0.05),但治疗组治愈率和电针组、药物组的治愈率相比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01),并且治疗组的治疗时间明显缩短。结论刺血拔罐合温针灸治疗退行性膝关节炎,见效更快,疗效更加肯定。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of bloodletting and cupping combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis. Methods Cupping and bloodletting combined with warm acupuncture was used to treat degenerative knee osteoarthritis for 42 cases which was compared with electro-acupuncture group of 38 cases and the drug group of 30 cases. 10 d was 1 course of treatment. After continuous treatment of 1 course and 2 courses, the therapeutic effect was observed. Results At the end of a course and 2 courses of treatment, knee joint pain, swelling and joint activities were improved in different degree. After statistics processing, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group and electro-acupuncture group had no significant difference（P 0.05）,but difference on the cure rate of the treatment group, electro-acupuncture group and drug group was statistically significant（P 0.01）,and the treatment time of the treatment group was shortened significantly. Conclusion Cupping and bloodletting combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis is faster and more effective, and had more positive effect.
