生脉注射液联合常规药物治疗慢性心力衰竭20例

Shengmai Injection combined with Conventional Drug in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure for 20 Cases

目的观察生脉注射液联合常规药物治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法慢性心力衰竭患者共40例作为研究对象,将其分为观察组以及对照组各20例。对照组给予常规西医处理,观察组加用生脉注射液治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果以及治疗后不良反应情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率90.00%,明显高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组在治疗过程中无明显不良反应。结论生脉注射液在治疗慢性心力衰竭具有其独特的疗效,且安全性较好,值得临床运用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai injection combined with conventional drug in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 40 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the research objects. They were di-vided into observation group and the control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment. The observation group was given Shengmai injection based on the control group. The therapeutic effect and ad-verse reactions after treatment in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00 %which was significantly higher than 65.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Two groups had no obvious adverse reaction in the process of treatment. Conclusion Shengmai injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure has its unique effect, and safety is good. It is worthy of clinical application.
