摘要
因为对电路生疏,如果同时出现多种故障,在有电气原理图的前提下,就要理清思路,认真地分析电气控制原理,在没有电气原理图的情况下,首先要根据以往的经验画出简单的电气图来分析具体情况。如果是分熟悉电路原理,根据故障情况,确定故障的位置,确定侧量点,通过侧量找出故障。在不断地接触配套、工程、设计、生产及研发等多部门多方面的工作的前提下,积累经验。本文简要阐述了电气设备维修的方法与实践技术。
Because of the unfamiliar circuit,if at the same time appear a variety of fault,under the premise of the electrical principle diagram,clarify ideas, carefully analysis principle of electrical control,and no electrical principle diagram,we must first according to previous experience to draw a simple electrical diagram to analyze the specific situation.If it is divided into familiar with the circuit principle, according to the fault situation,determine the location of the fault,determine the side of the amount of points,through the side to find fault.In continuous contact with the supporting,engineering,design, production and research and development and other aspects of the work under the premise of the accumulation of experience.This paper briefly expounds the methods and practices of electrical equipment maintenance.
