通常,在正式的英语语法里,＂一般将来时＂用来表示按计划近期内即将发生的动作。而从《首席财务官》近三年来对行业的观察来看,移动互联网在组织内部,以及供应链体系中的应用日益广泛和深入,精益财务转型后的财务体系运行形态和组织形态正在酝酿大量更具智能应用特征的变化,借助IBM早在2008年提出的＂智慧地球＂战略,我们将这种全新的前瞻性的变化定义为＂智慧财务＂——SMART-FINANCE。
Based on the observation for three years' time, the CFOWORLD Magazine found that the application of the Mobile Internet within the organization and the supply chain system is becoming more and more widely and deeply. Both financial system forms and organization forms are preparing for the change towards more intelligent applications. This is what we call Smart-Finance.
