摘要
"金属压力容器和常压储罐声发射检测及安全评价技术与应用"项目获得了2010年度国家科学技术进步二等奖,其主要内容包括3项国家科技计划课题的核心研究成果。本文以该项目"国家科学技术奖励推荐书"的内容为基础,概述了项目背景、主要成果及其应用情况。主要成果包括提出了金属压力容器和常压金属储罐的声发射检测及结果评定方法,基于参数与波形分析、特征提取和模式识别的金属压力容器声发射在线检测源性质的识别方法,研究建立了金属压力容器和大型常压储罐声发射检测及安全评价方法标准体系。
"Acoustic emission testing and safety evaluation technology and application on metallic pressure vessels and atmospheric tanks" item obtained the 2010 national science and technology level 2 award. The main contents of this item include core research results from three national science and technology program tasks. Based the contents of "Recommendation of national science and technology award", this paper reviews the background, main research results and applications of this item. The main research results include putting forward acoustic emission testing and result evaluation methods on metallic pressure vessels and atmospheric tanks, raising recognition methods of source properties of acoustic emission on-line testing on metallic pressure vessels based on parameters and waveform analysis, feature extraction and pattern recognition, and establishing the standard system of acoustic emission testing and safety evaluation methods on metallic pressure vessels and atmospheric tanks.
