液化石油气瓶作为承装易燃、易爆液化石油气的特种设备,与城乡人民密切相关。近年来,液化石油气瓶爆炸事故时有发生,造成了重大的经济损失和人员伤亡。随着新农村改造和城市流动人口增加,液化石油气瓶的使用环境和安全隐患均正发生变化,呈现出某些新趋势和新特点,现有的安全监管模式在一定程度上已经失去应有的效力,本篇针对新常态下液化石油气瓶安全监督管理做出深度思考与建议。

Liquefied petroleum gas cylinder as a special equipment bearing inflammable, explosive liquefied petroleum gas, is closely related to the urban and rural people. In recent years, liquefied petroleum gas cylinder explosion accident occurred frequently, causing great economic losses and casualties. As the new rural reconstruction and urban floating population increase, the use of liquefied petroleum gas cylinder environmental and safety concerns all are changing, presenting some new trends and characteristics, the safety of the existing regulatory model has lost effect. This paper for liquefied petroleum gas cylinder safety supervision and administration under the new normal, makes deep thinking and suggestions.
