高校数字图书馆读者服务工作探析

随着信息技术在图书馆工作中的全面使用,数字图书馆的服务环境、资源类型、用户群体都发生了很大改变,读者服务工作亟须创新。通过分析目前高校数字图书馆读者服务工作普遍存在的问题,提出了数字图书馆时代做好读者服务工作的新举措。

Through analyzing the problems existing in the current university digital library reader service work, the new measures for the reader service work in the era of digital library are put forward.
