摘要
在青海省经济持续快速发展过程中,汽车的保有量越来越大,道路拥挤也是与日俱增。由于西宁地理原因的客观性和城市规划的特殊性,以及人为因素的影响,确实需要构建智能交通系统(ITS),以缓解日益拥堵的交通问题,更好的提高人民的生活水平和经济的快速发展。
Because of the particularity of objectivity of Xining geography and urban planning,and human factors influence,really need to construct the intelligent transportation system（ITS）,to alleviate the problem of traffic congestion is,to better improve people＇s living standards and economic rapid development.
