影响橡胶双密度注射鞋靴粘合强度的因素分析

摘要 因双密度鞋靴的特殊性,在其生产中,由于各种原因,容易出现开胶、粘合强度不达标等问题,通过对日常检验台帐、随机抽查结果,全年不同气候时间段鞋产品理化检测情况,以及不同鞋面、胶粘剂、鞋底材料的产品扒底检查情况分析,发现日常管理、鞋靴品种、气候条件等,都会对鞋靴的粘合强度产生影响。在此基础上,为了提高产品质量,建议从材料变化、工艺调整、胶粘体系改变、生产设备变化等方面入手,解决产品粘合问题,并根据品种特点和生产实际情况,制定最佳的生产方案,提出有针对性的产品质量管理控制措施,以确保成鞋的粘合性能。 The double density shoes are easy to appear the problems of tackless, bad adhesive strength etc in the production process due to its particularity. The daily inspection record, random check result, the product physical and chemical inspection results in different climate throughout the year were analyzed and shoes with different uppers, adhesives, sole materials were checked. It shows that the daily management, shoe varieties, climate conditions and other factors could affect the bonding strength of the shoes. On this basis, in order to improve the quality of products we have the following Suggestions : changing materials, process adjustment, the adhesive system change, the change of production equipment etc. Also we should make the optimal production plan according to the products characteristics and the actual production situation, putting forward targeted measures to control the product quality management to ensure the adhesive performance of shoes.
