水平管双面辐射炉辐射管架技术研究进展

摘要 水平管双面辐射炉中的辐射管架,既承担辐射炉管的质量和炉管热胀冷缩的推拉力,又承受炉内火焰和烟气的直接辐射,操作条件苛刻,而其本身热胀冷缩又牵涉炉管出、入口的位移。综述了常用的上支撑式和下支撑式辐射管架的应用实例,分析了直梯式辐射管架面临的问题,介绍了新发明的导轨式辐射管架的结构和优势:导轨式辐射管架采用上支撑立柱和下支撑管托,管托和立柱脱离,立柱作为导轨,其热胀冷缩不牵涉管托,使出、入口炉管的位移不受立柱影响;且各管托之间设置瓦楞芯纸,瓦楞芯纸高温碳化后减薄,使管托的总膨胀量减小,实现辐射管架与管系膨胀的最佳匹配,降低了炉管出、入口配管的应力;上支撑立柱不承重,其安全性、可靠性显著提高。导轨式辐射管架有可能成为未来辐射管架的发展方向。 The radiant tube support for double-fired horizontal tube heater is subject to both the thrusts of weight of radiant tubes,thermal expansion and cold concentration of heater tubes as well as direct radiation of flame and flue gas inside the heater. The operating conditions are very severe. In addition,the thermal expansion and cold concentration also result in the movement of inlet and outlet of heater tubes. In a case study of application of radiant top support and radiant bottom support,the problems in radiant tube ladder support are discussed and the structure and advantages of newly developed radiation tube guide rail support are described.As the top post and bottom tube saddles are installed for the radiation tube guide rail support and post serves as the tube guide,the thermal expansion and cold concentration have no impact on tube saddles. The movements of inlet and outlet tubes are not subject to the influence of the post. The thinning of corrugated board between the tube saddles after high-temperature carbonization will reduce the total expansion of tube saddles. As the result,the good matching between radiant tube support and tube system has been realized,and the stresses of the inlet and outlet pipes of heater are minimized. Since there is no weight on the top support,the safety and reliability can be greatly enhanced. The radiation coil guide rail support is the orientation of future development of radiation coil support.
