摘要 介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司0.70 Mt/a连续重整装置再生器中心筒的使用历程,对再生器中心筒在使用过程中出现的热偶布置不合理、焊缝开裂、筛网破裂、峰温下移且分布区域变大、烧焦温度高、粉尘堵塞等问题进行原因分析并提出解决措施和建议。建议合理布局再生器烧焦床层的热偶位置并使用柔性热偶,防止出现烧焦区温度监控盲区;再生器中心筒的外网与内筒设置为分体结构;外网采用无纵缝条筛网结构,同时提高条筛网丝及加强圈的型号,提高抗温度波动和抗冲击的能力。生产运行中,要避免重整再生烧焦床层温度大幅波动,减少催化剂循环过程中粉尘的生成和积累。 The application of regenerator central cylinder of a 0. 70 Mt / a continuous catalytic reformer in SINOPEC Luoyang Company is introduced. The inappropriate arrangement,welds cracking,screen rupture,peak temperature moving downward,higher coke burning temperature and particulate plugging etc in the operation of regenerator cylinder are analyzed and solution measures are proposed. It is recommended to properly arrange the thermal couples in the coking burning bed of the regenerator and flexible thermal couples are utilized to completely monitor and control the temperature of coke burning zone. The external mesh of regenerator is strip mesh without longitudinal joint,and good mesh and reinforcing ring are selected to improve the resistance against temperature fluctuation and impingement. In operation,the large fluctuation of temperature of coking burning bed of CCR regenerator should be avoided to minimize the formation and accumulation of dust particulates in catalyst circulation.
