摘要
地下水封石洞油库竖井内安装了多根几十米至上百米不等的竖直管道,竖井内管道安装环境的特殊性和管道将来的不可拆卸性决定了管道设计的复杂程度。提出了竖井内竖直管道的强度、刚度及稳定性的设计思路和计算方法;通过工程实例检查和验证了管道设计的合理性。指出:强度设计确定管道壁厚,刚度和稳定性设计可作为管道壁厚的校核手段;管道承受内外压力均对确定管道壁厚产生影响,外压往往成为管道壁厚的决定性因素。
There are many pipelines of different lengths from tens of meters to more than one hundred meters which are installed vertically in the shaft of underground oil storage in rock caverns. The design of pipeline is very complicated,which is caused by the particularity of the operating conditions and those pipelines can not be dismantled after installation. The study provides design principles and calculation method of strength,stiffness and stability for the design of those pipelines installed in the shaft,and all conclusions have been verified via engineering practice. It is concluded from the study that the thickness of pipe is determined by strength design and should be verified by stiffness and stability design. The thickness of pipe is influenced by the internal pressure and external pressure,and external pressure is the key factor for pipeline thickness design.
