洛阳石化催化裂化装置节能问题分析及改造措施 被引量:1

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司Ⅱ套催化裂化装置存在能耗较大的问题。从蒸汽网络改造、换热网络改造及解吸塔重沸器维护等方面,对检修前后装置运行状态进行了分析,并对节能降耗效果进行了计算。蒸汽网络改造后,过热蒸汽量除满足气压机使用外,还有38 t/h过剩蒸汽可并到管网使用;换热网络中原料油—轻柴油优化改造后,原料预热温度增加8℃,节省3.5 MPa蒸汽达10 t/h;而投用解吸塔重沸器有效控制了分馏塔中部温度,轻柴油产品收率提高2.36百分点。装置的节能维护改造达到了预期效果。 The problem of high energy consumption was found in the FCCU Ⅱ during the general overhaul in SINOPEC Luoyang Company. The operations of the unit before and after overhaul were analyzed in respect of revamping in the steam network and revamping of heat exchanger network as well as the maintenance of reboiler in the stripper. In addition,the effectiveness of energy conservation was calculated. After the revamping of steam networks,in addition to meet of superheated steam demand for the gas compressor,there was about 36 t / h of excess steam that could be sent to the steam pipeline network. The feedstock preheating temperature was increased by 8 ℃ and 10 t / h of 3. 5 MPa steam would be saved after optimization of feedstock oil / light diesel oil in the heat exchanger network. Besides,the utilization of reboiler in the stripper had effectively controlled the temperature in the middle of distillation column,and the yield of diesel products was increased by 2. 36 percent. Expectated results have been achieved for the energy saving maintenance of the unit.
