优化内陆地区战略性新兴产业布局研究

Study on the Adjustment and Optimization of Strategic Emerging Industry in Inland Area of China

随着经济环境的变化,我国战略性新兴产业的发展正面临新形势,广大内陆地区由此迎来了调整优化布局加快发展的新契机。近年来,内陆地区战略性新兴产业在实现快速发展的同时,布局的不合理现象也日益凸显。新形势下,区位因素日益成为内陆地区进一步调整、优化战略性新兴产业布局的最大优势,科技与人才则成为最大制约因素;推进战略性新兴产业布局的调整优化应遵循特色化、集群化、兼顾均衡的原则,采取与产业链布局优化相结合、与产业生态系统构建相结合、与区域产业协同发展相结合的思路及相应对策。

The development of strategic emerging industries in China is facing new situation with the improving ofeconomic environment, so we are ushered in a new opportunity to adjust and optimize the layout to speed up thedevelopment of strategic emerging industries in inland areas. As well as the rapid development of strategic emergingindustries, the layout of the irrational and increasingly apparent according to the situation of the inland areas. Under thenew situation, location factors become the biggest advantage of emerging industries of strategic layout, technology andtalents have become the main restriction factors; we should promote the strategic emerging industrial layout to follow thecharacteristic, cluster, and take into account the principle of balanced optimization and the layout of the industrial chainoptimization combination. We＇d better combine with the construction of eco industrial system and regional industrycoordinated development ideas and countermeasures.
