The Research of Marine Economy Effect on Hainan Development

海南作为我国管辖海洋面积最大的省份,发展海洋经济不仅有利于维护我国的海洋权益,而且对海南区域经济发展也至关重要。利用历史数据和回归分析法,可以发现海洋经济对海南区域经济发展具有增长效应、推动效应、结构效应、就业效应、收入效应。但是由于海南海洋经济总量小,效应相当有限,为了使相关效应充分发挥,必须壮大规模,提升水平,加长短板。

Hainan has the largest ocean area in china. Developing Marine economy is not only benefit to safeguardingChina＇s maritime rights and interests,but also very important to regional economic development in Hainan. This paperbased on historical data, using the regression analysis method, proving that the marine economy effect on regionaleconomic development in Hainan has the growth effect,promoting effect,structure effect,employment effect,income effect.However,marine economy in Hainan is very small,effect is quite limited,we must expand scale,improve level and fillshort board.
