摘要
提出了一种新的非接触式单传感器电梯称重系统。该系统依据电梯轿底减振垫随载荷作弹性变化的原理,通过涡流传感器检测其位移变化实现对电梯轿厢载荷的称量。论述了该称重系统的设计风险和解决方案,并通过试验验证了方案的可行性。
A new elevator load weighting system with single non-contact sensor is proposed. According to the principle of the elastic variation of car bottom damper with the load, the car load is weighed load by the weighting system with the eddy current sensor detecting the variation of displacement. Then, the design risk analysis and solution of the new load weighting system are discussed and the feasibility of the method is verified by the test.
