摘要
针对防爆电梯典型机械部件的非电气防爆性能进行测试,分析在电梯正常运行过程中可能成为危险源的热表面。分别对夹绳器、曳引机减速箱.制动器在模拟电梯运行特殊工况下的温度变化进行试验监测.研究电梯正常运行过程中可能成为点燃源的热表面温升。
According to test of the non-electrical explosion-proof performance of the typical mechanical parts of lift for explosive atmospheres, the normal operation of the elevator may become the hot surfaces of the dangerous source are analyzed. Respectively, variation of the temperature of the rope clamping device, a traction machine gearbox and the brake are monitoring tested under the special condition of simulated elevator operation, the normal operation of the elevator may become a source of ignition heat surface temperature are studied on.
