35-40岁多囊卵巢综合征患者卵巢功能评估 被引量:8

摘要 目的对35~40岁多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者的卵巢功能进行评估,为PCOS不孕症患者的促排卵治疗提供理论依据。方法选择35~40岁PCOS患者(病例组)68例和正常健康体检女性(对照组)50例进行研究,对2组研究对象进行阴道超声、性激素测定、氯米芬激发试验(clomiphene citrate challenge test,CCCT)、抑制素B和抗苗勒管激素(anti-Mullerian hormone,AMH)等相关检查。结果病例组血清卵泡刺激素、雌二醇低于对照组(P〈0.01),黄体生成素、平均窦卵泡数和AMH高于对照组(P〈0.01),2组间抑制素B差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 35~40岁PCOS患者的卵巢储备功能可能优于同龄正常健康女性。
