适应铁路改革发展形势 扎实推进技术标准工作——在2016年度铁路总公司技术标准工作会上的讲话

Following the Railway Reform and Development Trend,Firmly Promoting the Technical Standards—A Speech Given at the 2016 Symposium of China Railway Corporation on Work Relating to Technical Standards

从建立完善中国铁路总公司技术标准体系、稳步推进总公司技术标准制修订工作、大力推进铁路标准国际化、充分发挥总公司在行业标准化工作中的独特作用、不断夯实标准化基础工作等方面,总结铁路改制以来总公司技术标准工作。在分析技术标准工作面临的新形势和新要求的基础上,提出"十三五"铁路技术标准工作总体要求,指出2016年技术标准工作重点:继续深化技术标准体系研究,做好总公司标准制修订工作,积极主持参与行业标准、学会标准的制修订工作,积极推进标准国际化,加强人才队伍建设。

This article summarizes China Railway Corporation＇ s work relating to technical standards since the railway reform, in view of establishing and improving the technical standard system, steadily carrying forward the revision of technical standards, vigorously promoting the internationalization of railway standards, fully playing the unique role of industry standardization and unceasingly consolidating the foundation for standardization, etc. Based on analyzing the new condition and new requirements for work relating to technical standards, ;he article puts forward the overall reqnirements for work relating to railway technical standards during the ＂Thirteenth Five-year Plan＂ , pointing out the focus on work relating to technical standards in 2016 ： to keep deepening the research on the technical standant system , revise the standards applied to China Railway Corporation, actively manage and participate in developing and revising industry standards and associational standards, enthusiastically promote standard internalization and consolidating the building of talent team.
