钼靶摄影乳腺微小钙化在触诊阴性乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of mammography in diagnosis of nonpalpable breast microcalcifications in breast disease

目的分析钼靶摄影乳腺微小钙化灶在触诊阴性乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2010年4月至2015年4月60例临床触诊阴性,乳腺钼靶检测到微小钙化灶而住院的患者作为研究对象。对患者实施钙化灶定位切除,通过病理结果与钼靶病灶对比,总结鉴别诊断要点。结果所有患者中单侧53例,双侧有7例。乳腺癌患者都是单侧,大多数患者呈现出细小及针尖样的钙化。双侧乳腺微小钙化都呈现出良性钙化。乳腺微小钙化和患者的年龄无特殊规律性。所有患者中,导管内癌所占比例最大,为31.25%;其次是早期浸润性癌,为18.75%。在所有乳腺良性钙化患者中,乳腺腺病所占比例最大,为56.53%。结论在外科、影像科及病理科的综合诊疗下,进行触诊阴性的乳腺微小钙化灶区域定位活检,对于乳腺疾病的早期诊治具有十分重要的临床意义。

Objective To analyze analysis of application value of mammography in the diagnosis of nonpalpable breast microcalcifications in breast disease. Methods Selected in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2015 of 60 cases clinical palpation negative,breast molybdenum target detection to micro calcifications in hospitalized patients as the research object. In the patients,the location of the lesion was performed and the diagnosis was compared with that of the molybdenum target. Results In all patients,53 cases were unilateral and 7 cases were bilateral. Breast cancer patients are unilateral,the majority of patients with small and needle like calcification. Bilateral breast small calcification showed benign calcification. There was no special regularity of the age of the patients. Among all the patients,the largest proportion of ductal carcinoma was 31. 25%,followed by early invasive carcinoma,18. 75%. In all patients with benign breast calcification in breast adenosis,accounted for the largest proportion, 56. 53%. Conclusions In surgery, radiology and pathology of comprehensive treatment,nonpalpable breast microcalcifications foci localization biopsy and for early diagnosis and treatment of breast disease has very important clinical significance.
