品管圈活动在减少血常规报告延时率中的应用

Application of quality control circle activities in reducing delay rate on blood routine reporting

目的探讨品管圈活动在减少血常规报告延时率的效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,确定活动主题,制定活动计划,把握现状,设定目标,分析原因及制定对策并实施。结果血常规延时率由活动前的9.97%下降为活动后3.67%,目标达标率为129.1%,进步率为63.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动能有效降低血常规报告延时率。

Objective To explore the application of quality control circle activities in reducing the delay rate on the blood routine reporting. Methods Quality control circle activities group was set up to determine the activity theme of reducing the delay rate on the blood routine reporting,and implemented through grasping status,set target,analyzed the cause and established countermeasures. Results The delay rate on the blood routine reporting was decreased from 9. 97% to 3. 67% after the intervention,target success rate of 129. 1%,progress rate of 63. 2%,there was statistical significant difference（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions The application of quality control circle activities can effectively decrease the delay rate on the blood routine reporting.
