ObjectiveTo investigate influence by acusector combined with neuro-muscular facilitation technique on rehabilitation effect of post-stroke dysphagia patients.MethodsA total of 90 post-stroke dysphagia patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received convention therapy, and the experimental group received additional acusector combined with neuro-muscular facilitation technique. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe experimental group had obviously higher satisfaction degree than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Both groups had lower swallowing scores after treatment [(1.25±0.02) and (3.13±0.12) points] than those before treatment [(4.26±0.48) and (4.26±0.45) points], and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05) The experimental group had more remarkably reduced score than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05).ConclusionCombination of acusector and neuro-muscular facilitation technique shows more effect than conventional therapy in treating post-stroke dysphagia, along with higher safety and satisfaction. This method is worth widely clinical promotion and application.
