摘要
目的探讨牙隐裂的特征及临床疗效。方法对60例患者的65颗牙隐裂进行调牙合、隐裂直接充填术、根管治疗术、全冠修复等综合治疗,观察疗效。结果经过3年跟踪随访,牙隐裂治疗有效率为87.7%。结论牙隐裂最主要的致病因素是过大的牙尖斜度,全冠修复是最有效的治疗方法。定期口腔保健检查,早期发现及时治疗,综合治疗至关重要。
Objective To investigate characteristics and clinical effect for cracked tooth. Methods Comprehensive treatment by occlusal adjustment, direct plombage, root canal therapy and complete coronal restoration was taken for 60 patients with 65 cracked teeth. Their curative effects were observed. Results Followup for 3 years showed effective rate of cracked teeth treatment as 87.7%. Conclusion The main pathogenesis of cracked tooth is excessive cusp inclination. Complete coronal restoration is the most effective treatment method. It is important to receive regular oral health examination, along with early diagnosis, timely and comprehensive treatment.
