武钢烧结厂使用低价熔剂的生产实践

Production practice of using low price flux in sintering plant of WISCO

为降低武钢烧结厂烧结生产成本,采取了一系列生产技术及管理措施,进行了调整熔剂结构,多用低价熔剂的生产实践。结果表明,使用低价熔剂后,烧结矿质量波动,且降低成本的效果也不理想。在这一过程中,武钢烧结厂克服了诸多生产操作上的困难,积累了使用低价熔剂的生产经验。

A series of technology and management measures were carried out to reduce production cost of sintering plant in WISCO,which include adjusting flux structure and increasing the quantity of low price flux. Results show that sinter quality fluctuated and production cost reducing was not satisfied by using low price flux,while lots of difficulties were overcomed and much valuable experience for using low price flux was accumulated during the practice process.
