摘要
武钢炼铁厂煤粉车间于2013年11月对1号磨机进行为期3天的计划检修,造成1号高炉喷煤量严重不足,给炉况带来了重大影响。为此,1号高炉采取一系列调剂措施,保证了3天炉况稳定顺行,平均利用系数达2.47 t/(m3·d)。该实践过程为喷煤量大幅变化时的操作提供了一定经验。
Three-day scheduled maintenance for No. 1 mill in ironmaking plant of WISCO was taken in November 2013,which led to a serious shortage of coal powder injection amount,and brought a significant impact on the furnace conditions. For this situation,a series of adjusting measures were taken to stabilize furnace conditions during the three days,and average utilization coefficient was as high as 2. 47 t /( m3d).The practice process provides some experiences for implementing furnace operation when coal powder injection amount varies sharply.
