通过对宽板坯扇形段更换机械手的优化改造,解决了液压系统油温升高的问题,从而大大降低了机械手的故障发生率,保证了铸机的正常运行。

By renovating mechanical arm for replacing sector segment in wide slab caster,the problem of hydraulic oil temperature increase was solved,thus fault rate of the mechanical arm was reduced a lot,which ensured normal operation of the caster.
