用于热轧酸洗钢生产的酸轧联合机组改造

Renovation of PLTCM line for producing hot-rolled and pickled steel

对酸洗钢锈蚀成因进行了分析,结合热轧酸洗钢生产的特点,对酸轧联合机组实施针对性的改造,主要包括改进酸槽、漂洗段管道及喷嘴,增加涂油机、横剪、卷取机、质量检查台等。通过改造实现了酸洗钢与普冷板的交叉生产,改善了酸轧联合机组的品种结构。

Corrosion causes of hot-rolled and picked steel were analyzed. According to the characteristics of the hot-rolled and picked steel,targeted renovation was implemented on PLTCM line,which included improving acid tank,rinse pipeline and spray nozzle,and adding electrostatic oiler,cross cut shears,recoiler and quality inspecting stand. After renovation,Cross-producing of hot-rolled and picked steel and common cold-rolled steel was realized,and the product breed structure of PLTCM line was improved.
