摘要
近年来,随着玉米秸秆产量的逐年增加和不合理处理带来的环境危害,以及人畜争粮现象的加剧,人们日益重视合理处理玉米秸秆的重要性,其生物发酵技术也日益完善。本文综述了玉米秸秆的营养特点、生物发酵处理的最新研究方法,分析了玉米秸秆生物发酵饲料的优缺点及其注意事项,以期加快玉米秸秆生物发酵饲料的应用发展进程。
In recent years,as the production of corn stalk increasing and environmental damage caused by unreasonable process,as well as the phenomenon of human and animal for food were observed,people pay more attention to the importance of reasonable corn stalk process,and its biological fermentation technology has become more perfect.This paper reviewed the nutritional value features of corn stalk and the latest research methods of biological fermentation process,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the corn stalk fermentation feed and the notes,in order to speed up the application development of corn stalk fermentation feed.
