摘要
介绍一种新型丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂的研制过程,从生产工艺、施工应用、涂膜性能的角度探讨配方设计思路及工艺实现的方法。用8∶2(质量比)的胡麻油与豆油、7∶3(质量比)的二甲苯与200#工业用溶剂油为混合溶剂,制备的新型丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂,用其制得的白色涂料具有良好的施工性能和综合机械性能,能耐常见的介质,适用于工程机械、工程设施防护及装饰方面。
A new acrylic modified alkyd resin was studied and prepared. The formula design and application from the aspects of production, application and film performances were researched. The mixed ratio of siritch and soybean oil at 8∶2(mass ratio), xylene and 200# solvent oil at 7∶3(mass ratio) were adopted. The prepared acrylic modified alkyd resin had good workability, mechanical properties and resistance. It was suitable for the application of construction machinery and the engineering facilities.
