金塘大桥钢箱梁外表涂层调查及维修方案

Error Regulating and Repair Scheme for Surface Coats on Steel Box Girder of Jintang Bridge

对金塘大桥钢箱梁外表面涂层腐蚀情况进行了调查、评估,并根据调查结果,针对钢箱梁的上表面、下表面和连接部位制定了行之有效的维修涂料配套方案。经实际应用,钢箱梁整体的外观和防护都得到了改善。

Corrosion surface coats on the steel box girder of Jintang Bridge is investigated and evaluated. Based on findings, an effective corresponding program of maintenance coatings is formulated for top surface, undersurface and connections of the steel box girder. It has been proved in practical application that overall appearance and protection of the steel box girder are improved.
