辽宁省经济发展与民生幸福的可持续发展道路研究

Sustainable Development Road of Economic Development and Residents' Happiness of Liaoning Province

为探索辽宁省民生与经济的协调可持续发展道路,运用综合得分法和灰色关联模型对辽宁1997—2014年的民生幸福与经济发展数据进行分析。研究结果表明:民生幸福与经济发展并没有保持一致的发展趋势,二者之间的互相促进力度不足。从民生幸福来看,在社会保障、居住交通以及公共服务方面需要加大力度改善和提高;从经济发展来看,在经济结构和经济发展效率方面需要加快改革调整优化。为此,提出调整经济发展结构、提高经济发展效率、完善社会保障体系、改善居住交通状况、提高公共服务水平等建议,促进二者的协同发展。

With the aid of comprehensive score method and grey correlation model,the paper studied the economic development and residents＇ happiness of Liaoning Province,and explored the harmonious sustainable development road of the two aspects. The residents＇ happiness and economic development have not maintained a consistent improvement,the two lack of mutual promotion. From the viewpoint of people＇s livelihood happiness,the social security,residential transportation and public services need to be improved,from the viewpoint of economic development,the economic structure and economic development efficiency need to be improved. The paper puts up with five aspects of relevant recommendations such as adjust economic development structure,improve the efficiency of economic development,improve the social security system,improve the living conditions and improve the level of public services.
