显微镜下无机三氧化物聚合体修复髓腔穿孔的临床疗效观察 被引量:1

Clinical curative effect and safety evaluation of three oxide inorganic polymer repair the pulp cavity perfora-tion under oral microscope

摘要 目的:分析口腔显微镜下无机三氧化物聚合体修复髓腔穿孔的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取120例龋源性髓腔穿孔的患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为口腔显微镜下无机三氧化物聚合体修复髓腔穿孔的观察组和以树脂嵌体修复髓腔穿孔的对照组,每组各60例。对比两组患者术后咬合痛、牙龈红肿、松动、瘘道形成、咀嚼功能不全发生率及 X 线穿孔区牙槽骨密度减低影变化情况。结果观察组咬合痛、牙龈红肿、松动发生率(5.00%、3.33%、6.67%)分别与对照组咬合痛、牙龈红肿、松动发生率相比(11.60%、13.33%、18.33%),组间差异均有统计学意义(χ2=5.49、4.76、4.23,均 P <0.05)。观察组瘘道形成、咀嚼功能不全、X 线穿孔区牙槽骨密度减低影扩大(3.33%、5.00%、5.00%)分别与对照组(10.00%、30.00%、40.00%)相比,组间差异均有统计学意义(χ2=5.34、4.12、4.56,均 P <0.05)。结论采用口腔显微镜下无机三氧化物聚合体修复髓腔穿孔的临床疗效突出,相比于树脂嵌体修复髓腔穿孔具有诸多优势,可作为一种理想方法应用于临床工作中。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of mouth three oxide inorganic polymer under a microscope to repair the pulp cavity perforation.Methods 120 patients with medullary cavity perforation, caries origin were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into oral microscope inorganic oxide polymer repair the pulp cavity perforation of the experimental group and the resin inlay repair the pulp cavity perfora-tion of the control group,each group had 60 cases.The postoperative occlusion pain,swollen gums and loose,fistula formation,the incidence of chewing function not completed and X -ray curtate alveolar bone density decrease the shadow changes were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of bite pain,swollen gums, loosening of the observation group were 5.00%,3.33%,6.67%,which of the control group were 11.60%,13.33%, 18.33%,the differences between two groups were significant (χ2 =5.49,P 〈0.05;χ2 =4.76,P 〈0.05;χ2 =4.23, P 〈0.05).The fistula formation,chewing function not completed,X -ray curtate alveolar bone density to reduce shadow expand of the observation group were 3.33%,5.00%,5.00%,which of the control group were 10.00%, 30.00%,40.00%,the differences between the two groups were significant (χ2 =5.34,P 〈0.05;χ2 =4.12,P 〈0.05;χ2 =4.56,P 〈0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of oral three oxide inorganic polymer under a microscope to repair the pulp cavity perforation is outstanding,compared with the resin inlay repair the pulp cavity perforation has many advantages,it can be used as a kind of ideal method used in the clinical work.
