摘要
参考N.E.C轴向自紧式密封机理,将有机玻璃成功应用于80 MPa压力等级的高压窥视装置,实现了传感设备在常压状态下对容器内部承压设备工作状况的窥视问题。同时运用Ansysworkbench 14.5对有机玻璃视镜在承压工况下的应力应变进行了详细地分析与模拟计算,提出了通过检测有机玻璃最大变形量来预判其失效的方案,样机实际应用情况验证了该方案正确有效。该装置的研制思路和分析方法,对高压和超高压领域窥视装置设计和研制具有一定的参考价值。
Referred to the sealing mechanism of N. E. C axial self tightening type,organic glass was succeeded in application to 80 MPa pressure rating of high peep device,the peeping problem of sensing device under the atmospheric pressure state for the pressure equipment in container working condition was achieved. At the same time,the stress and strain of the organic glass mirror under the pressure condition were analyzed and simulated particularly by Ansys-workbench 14. 5. The scheme of pre-judging the failure of the organic glass maximum deformation was proposed. The scheme was proved to be correct and effective by the practical application of the prototype. The analysis method of the development have a certain reference value in the design of high pressure and ultra high pressure field.
