摘要
利用宏观分析、理化性能分析、金相分析以及能谱分析,对L415M直缝埋弧焊管母材开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,钢管母材开裂原因有两个因素,第一是由于钢管母材遭受高温灼伤而形成内表面凹坑,使得壁厚减薄;第二是由于钢管母材在高温过程中与低熔点金属铜合金接触,从而造成液态金属致脆,最终导致了钢管在承压运行中的开裂泄漏。
The reasons for cracking of L415 M LSAW pipe base material were analyzed by macro analysis,physical and chemical analysis,metallographic analysis and EDS analysis. The results show that there are two reasons for the cracking,the first is due to the parent material cauma because of high temperature,and then the formation of the inner surface pits,making the wall thickness thinning; the second is due to the steel pipe in the high temperature process and the low melting point metal copper alloy contact to cause embrittlement,at finally,the cracking and leakage of the pipe happened in the operation.
