摘要
单纯疱疹病毒是肿瘤生物治疗中常用的病毒载体之一,溶瘤单纯疱疹病毒以其溶瘤效率高、特异性好、可行性强成为近年来研究的热点。全文对这一领域的研究进展进行综述。
Herpes simplex virus is one of the most widely used viral vector,and oncolytic herpes simplex virus has become the spotlight for its hight oncolytic efficiency,specificity and better feasibility in recent years. This therapy progression is reviewed in this paper.
