摘要 为防止采场上位高强度岩梁来压时的动压冲击,以某矿3101工作面为研究对象,运用"传递岩梁"理论,利用实测矿压参数对基本顶"双岩梁"结构的下位岩梁进行"限定变形"的控制设计,以保证上位高强度岩梁来压前夕使下位岩梁与之紧贴,减小动压冲击。研究结果表明:支架支护强度为0.279 5 MPa时,既能保证初次来压期间和周期来压期间采场不受基本顶上位高强度岩梁的动压冲击,又能满足支架活柱缩量不超限的要求。 In order to prevent the dynamic pressure impact during the loading of the upper high-strength rock beam in the stope,the " limited deformation" control design for the lower rock beam of the main roof structure of " double rock beam" was conducted by taking 3101 coal mining face in a mine as the research object and using the theory of " transferring beam" and the measured underground pressure parameters so as to ensure the upper high-strength rock beam to be close to the lower rock beam before loading and decrease the dynamic pressure impact. The research results showed that when the supporting strength was0. 279 5 MPa,it can not only guarantee that the stope might not be affected by the dynamic pressure impact of the upper highstrength rock beam of the main roof during the first and periodic weighting,but also meet the requirements that the yield of the support prop was not overrun.
