摘要
兴隆煤矿首采层5煤层实际采掘过程中出现了煤层赋存不稳定,煤层瓦斯含量高,掘进速度缓慢,采掘接替异常紧张等问题,且在被保护层8煤层开采时多次出现区域验证指标K_1值超标和瓦斯超限现象。针对这些问题,从保护层选择、区域瓦斯治理、开采技术条件等多维度对突出煤层群保护层开采进行论证,确定兴隆煤矿将首采5煤层调整为12煤层具有可行性。实践证明,矿井将12煤层作为保护层首先开采有效缓解了矿井采掘接替紧张的问题,并实现了矿井瓦斯的有效治理和矿井的安全高效生产。
In the mining and excavation process of the first-mining seam - No. 5 seam in Xinglong Coal Mine, some problems appeared such as the unstable occurrence of coal seams, high coal-seam gas content, slow driving speed, very tense mining-excavation replacement and so on, and in the mining of the protected seam - No. 8 seam, the phenomenon of the regional verification index K1 value beyond the standard and gas concentration overrun appeared several times. To counter to these problems, demonstration was carried out on the mining of the protective seam of the outburst coal seam group from the aspects of the selection of protective seams, the regional gas control, the mining conditions and so on, it was decided that adjusting the first-mining seam-No. 5 seam into No. 12 seam was feasible. The practice proved that taking No. 12 seam as the mining of protective seam effectively relieved the problem of the tense mining-excavation replacement and realized the effective gas control and safe and efficient production of the mine.
