摘要
针对金刚煤矿所开采煤层倾角大、沿空掘巷变形严重、支护困难等问题,提出采用卸压预裂爆破沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术方案,试验结果表明:卸压预裂爆破沿空留巷技术实现了对采场的卸压作用,减少了顶板的变形量,成功地保留了工作面机巷作为下一工作面的回风巷,解决了原沿空掘巷技术巷道变形严重等问题,同时降低了巷道支护和维护费用。
To counter to the problems of large dip angle of coal seams and the serious deformation and difficult support of the roadway retained along the gob,a technical scheme by the pillar-less mining,pressure-relief presplitting blast and roadway retained along the gob was proposed. The test results showed that the technology by pressure- relief presplitting blast and the roadway retained along the gob achieved the pressure relief in the stope,reduced the roof deformation,successfully retained the machine gateway in the working face which was to be used as the air- return way of the next face,solved the problem of the roadway deformation in its driving along the gob,and reduced the maintenance and support cost of the roadway.
