The Research Process of the TCM Syndrome Types of Mild Cognitive Impairment

轻度认知障碍是处于正常老化和痴呆之间的疾病分类单元，具有发病率高，痴呆转化率高等特点。中医药在治疗轻度认知障碍上具有独特的优势，研究轻度认知障碍的病因病机以及辨证分型具有重大的意义。文中对目前轻度认知障碍的病因病机及辨证分型研究现状作综述。

Mild cognitive impairment （MCI） is a disease classification unit between normal aging and dementia that with characteristics of high inci- dence and dementia transformation rate. TCM have unique advantages in the treatment of MCI, to study on the etiology, pathogenesis and dialectical types of the disease has great significance. In this paper, there would be a review of the research status of etiology, pathogenesis and dialectical types of MCI.
