综合护理干预在腹主动脉瘤伴高血压患者介入治疗中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Interventional Treatment of Patients with Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Associated with Hypertension

目的：探讨综合护理干预在行介入治疗的腹主动脉瘤伴高血压患者中的实施效果。方法：将68例行介入治疗的腹主动脉瘤伴高血压患者随机分为观察组与对照组各34例，对照组给予常规护理（血压监测、用药指导、血管内膜支架植入术后护理），观察组则在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预（心理护理、饮食护理、防止瘤体破裂、加强巡视、出院指导），比较两组瘤体破裂情况及住院时间。结果：观察组瘤体破裂发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）、住院时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：对于行介入治疗的腹主动脉瘤伴高血压患者，综合护理干预可有效降低其瘤体破裂发生率、缩短住院时间，对预后具有重要意义。

Objective： To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm associat- ed with hypertension who had treated with interventional treatment. Methods： 68 cases of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm associated with hypertension who had treated with interventional treatment were randomly divided into observation group （34 cases） and control group （34 cases）, the control group received conventional nursing （blood pressure monitoring, medication guidance, postoperative care of vascular intima implanta- tion）, while observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention （mental nursing, diet nursing, prevention of tumor rupture, strengthen precaution, discharge guidance） on the basis of conventional nursing, compared the situation of tumor rupture and hospitalization time. Results： The occurrence of tumor rupture of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）, and the hospitalization time was signif- icantly shorter than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm associated with hypertension who had treated with interventional treatment, comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of tumor rupture and shorten the hospi- talization time, which has important significance to prognosis.
